WHAT SPACES ARE AVAILABLE TO HIRE AT
GREEN GATE?
As part of your weekend hire at Green Gate you will hire the whole exterior grounds exclusively. We have multiple outdoor spaces to host your outdoor event.
CAN WE USE SPACES WITHIN THE HOUSE?
Yes, couples and clients will be allowed to use the dressing room upstairs to get changed, leave personal items and have Hair and Makeup.
CAN WE WORK WITH ANY SUPPLIER?
We work with a hand-selected list of event suppliers for Catering & Marquee which all clients of Green Gate must use. Requests outside this list are subject to an additional fee and venue sign off pre event.
ARE WE ALLOWED A MARQUEE STRUCTURE?
Yes! All the events at Green Gate will need a marquee structure for the event as a wet weather option. Please view our preffered marquee suppliers below.
CAN WE HAVE LIVE MUSIC?
Yes you are welcome to have live music within the outdoor grounds until 11pm.
IS THERE A CORKAGE FEE ON ALCOHOL?
We allow you to bring in your own alcohol for your events withtout any corkage fee. We ask all clients to take away their empty bottles and rubbish after the event.
WHAT EVENT SUPPORT IS INCLUDED IN THE
VENUE HIRE?
As part of your event hire you will recieve the experienced event support and guidance of Claudia and her team. This extends to full on the day coordination.
CAN WE HAVE A WEDDING CEREMONY AT
GREEN GATE?
Yes you can have a ceremony in the grounds of Green Gate however it is not a licensed wedding venue so the marriage / ceremony would not be legal. We do however thrive at throwing a hell of a reception party!
ARE WE ALLOWED FIREWORKS AT GREEN GATE?
Unfortunately we cannot allow fireworks due to our neighbouring stables
WHAT IS THE CAPACITY AT GREEN GATE?
The maximum guest capacity for events is 135 persons.
IS THERE ACCOMODATION ONSITE?
No, there is no accomodation at Green Gate however we can recommend nearby hotels and accomodation in the nearby town of Epsom, Ewell & Kingston
IS THERE PARKING AT GREEN GATE?
Yes, we do have space In the second courtyard for around 5-10 cars.
